Your website will still be up, my web servers aren't going anywhere. If they go offline for some reason you'll still have access to everything on the backend. In the unlikely possibly something happens to me or anything where we go offline, You will still have access to daily backup files. Those backup files you can take to your new hosting service and restore the site fully.

Yes! We do daily backups which you can access in your hosting account panel.

We also do weekly off site backups, meaning we send backup files every week to your google drive, Dropbox folder, or any other cloud storage system so you always have them.

These are full backups of your site that you can take anywhere and get your website back up, in the unlikely even that our servers permanently go offline. 

We also encourage you to download your backup files to your computer and a flash drive for extra security.

If you have a domain name already, we ask that you add us as users to your registrar so we can point your domain name to our servers. 

We will never accept your main login, only delegated access from which you can remove us at any point and retain full control of your domain name.

Domain names are like houses, you can't steal them without you signing over the deed.

Same concept applies to domain names, you’d have to sign it over to anyone who’d want to steal it. This is one reason why we request that you don’t give us the main account login info. To remove that liability, only send us delegated access. Only the main account holder can approve a transfer of the domain name.

That’s perfectly understandable, the domain name is the most valuable piece of a website. But as it is your companies branded domain name it’s valuable to you, and only you.

If you prefer, you don’t have to send us any access to your domain name. You can change the name servers yourself and we’ll send documentation on how to do it. 

However, we are professionals who know what we’re doing. Allowing us to change the name servers like mentioned in the steps above saves development time, and helps to avoid any potential issues or delays if set up incorrectly.

Typically, if you pay the invoice the within 48 hours. You are prioritized you to complete them within a week. (For the basic plan)

Anytime after that initial 48 hours completion can take 1-2 weeks. This will also depend on how quickly you send me the list of things I need to get started.

Absolutely! Referrals are critical to growing this business, and incentivizing it will help people to deliver them. You will make your money with 5 referrals, and everything after that is for you to pocket. There's no limits on how many people you can refer.

The only stipulation is that the referral must be a new client, they must sign a agreement, and has to actually get a site created with us.
